Motability is a national UK charity that helps disabled people and their families become more mobile. Anyone who is in receipt of the higher rate mobility component of the Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or the War Pensioners Mobility Supplement (WPMS).
Children from five years old and non-drivers can also apply for cars as passengers, provided they receive the correct allowance.
